Your purchase includes a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 30 days. The artwork must be returned to me undamaged and in the original packaging.
(The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility and must include insurance to cover the value of the artwork.)
Once I receive the undamaged work back, I will immediately return your payment 100 %.
IF ARTWORK ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED:
Photograph the damaged package before opening, then check inside to see if the artwork itself is damaged.
If you find that the artwork is damaged, contact me and provide photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork.
I will contact the shipping insurer to cover the cost of the damage for your refund. At that time I will give you instructions on how to get the artwork back to me.
