“Beside Still Waters” is a 30" x 40" coastal landscape painting inspired by Porpoise Bay and Sechelt Inlet on the Sunshine Coast BC, part of my collection of west coast art. This original painting has already sold, but I would be happy to create a custom original painted in this same style.
 
This piece features a rocky shoreline with silhouetted trees, looking out across calm ocean waters toward the layered mountains beyond Sechelt Inlet. The still water reflects a beautifully layered blue sky, creating a sense of peace and quiet depth at the center of the painting.
 
The composition captures the tranquil beauty of the British Columbia coastline, with strong contrast, soft reflections, and a serene west coast atmosphere.
