“Arbutus Trio” is an arbutus tree painting inspired by hiking Smuggler’s Cove on the Sunshine Coast BC, part of my collection of west coast art. The original 36" x 48" painting has sold, but I would be happy to create a custom original in this style. 
 
This pacific northwest coastal painting features a striking trio of madrone (arbutus) trees, with the central tree showing a beautifully twisted trunk framed by two other arbutus trees. The composition includes a serene view of the ocean beyond, capturing the natural elegance and rugged beauty of the British Columbia coastline. The contrast of the trees, ocean, and light creates a peaceful west coast scene with depth, color, and atmosphere.
